Enlightenment: Diksha for Enlightenment by Olivia Mathis

My name is Olivia Mathis and I recently went to India to attend the Mukti 3 at The World University of Consciousness which started on the 14th August, 2003. I had many experiences during this Mukti 3 and had revealed to me past lives with those of my family and why we were struggling in this life to resolve these issues from those past lives. I was able to feel great compassion, love and forgiveness for the events and people that I am associated with in this life.

Sunday 17th August, 2003 we were told that Bhagavan would be giving diksha for Enlightenment at Nemen for the first time in a public place.I was seated at the front so knew that I would be able to see Bhagavan and Amma very easily. When they came on stage a great energy came over me and I felt not of this world. During the darshan Bhagavans eyes met mine and the power was truly amazing as though our eyes were fused together and they were electric and were one in that moment. My brain was pulsating and expanding and my head felt like it was exploding. Then a wave of energy slowly moved down my body like every cell was being cleansed and I felt totally at peace. Being in Bhagavans presence is something I will never forget and I felt such great gratitude.

That night Bhagavan appeared to me when I was in bed and did an operation on my brain. He cut my head down the middle and started to scrape and take out black stuff from my brain. He also made two cuts at the base of my occipital bone of the skull and was pulling black slimy stuff from my brain. It was disgusting the stuff that was being removed. I had pain in this area for many years and now this pain has completely gone. He also removed rope like stuff from my lungs and since this I have had no asthma and not had to use my Ventolin puffer for the past three months. I have been completely healed.

The next day, Monday 18th August, 2003 during sarvasham at the Mukti 3, Bhagavan again appeared to me to give me a second operation. He opened my head again and was sucking excess stuff from my head with a suction and then my brain was completely white and so clean. After the second operation Bhagavan split my body in two and revealed this Golden Being that resides within me and this Golden Being speaks to me. This Golden Being looks like a Goddess and is so beautiful and peaceful. I realised that this being is me, that this body is not me and is only the shell covering the real me which is this Golden being. The Mukti 3 brought many many experiences for me.

I also attended Samskara Sudhi with Dasaji Radha Krishna and it was absolutely wonderful. When I thanked Dasaji for such a wonderful experience he said he had an answer for me, that “I would be a great person and would be enlightened very soon”.

Thursday 21st August, 2003 was the last day of Mukti 3 and we were that night to go to the studio in Golden City where Bhagavan resides to do meditation. Upon arriving we were able to speak to Bhagavan and ask any questions. I was so in to the energy that I didn’t say much and was looking forward to doing a meditation with Bhagavan. Bhagavan then started talking to us and told us that we were not there to do meditation at all but were there to receive enlightenment from him that night. He explained that after this process it was important over the next four weeks to remain calm, not get stressed and stay away from polluted areas and noise. Other than this we would have to do nothing. Anytime within this four weeks we could become enlightened and I have been getting many realisations and experiences since that time. Bhagavan explained that we will be in a controlled state of enlightenment so we can function in the world. We were the first group of Westerners to receive this diksha for Enlightenment and after this he will not be doing anymore of this until 2004. Eventually when the work has been completed and 64,000 people have been enlightened we will receive full enlightenment and then will have the power to pass this enlightenment on to others just by touching them. How wonderful for us to help others get rid of suffering and give them this gift from our beautiful Master and friend.

The Dasaji’s were to come around to us individually and pass on diksha for enlightenment from Bhagavan as getting it straight from Bhagavan would have been too powerful. During this ceremony I saw myself as a child of two, and was able to experience the joy and happiness of laughing and expressing myself as a two year old. This never happened as a child as I was totally suppressed and never allowed to be a child, but this night these expressions were released and it was great. I felt great love and joy and the Master Jesus appeared to me smiling as he was the one who led me to Bhagavan. Three of my relatives appeared to me as well during this time, one was my favourite Aunt whom I loved so much in this life, the other was my Grandmother and the third was my husbands mother who only passed away early this year. They were all smiling at me. When Dasaji put her hands on my head I felt a tremendous energy and could feel a snake wriggling up my spine to my heart chakra. I knew it was my kundalini rising. My ajna chakra was pulsating and energy was flowing through my body and this energy and divine feeling is within me constantly.

Also my son Jake who is six years old came with me to India and is already enlightened, he was born enlightened. Srinivas dasaji told me that he is free and is not shy to do whatever he wants to do and was born enlightened.

I know that I am certainly in a totally different state to what I have ever experienced before, and that what was previous is like a past life.

Afte arriving home I contracted a very bad flu and was in bed for five days unable to eat and feeling very ill. On the sixth day I was awoken at four in the morning by a ball of light crashing into me and cleansing my body, a second ball of light came crashing into my brain disintegrating it completely and third ball of light came to give me a new brain. Bhagavan was there smiling at me and then I realised that I needed to cleanse my body so got out of the bed and started cleansing with my Arise and Shine cleanse which I have done before.

During this cleanse I had the greatest experience of feeling humble. I received a letter from a friend in London confirming a great experience I had with a great Master a couple of years ago and for three days I experienced feeling very humble and this was so beautiful.

I cannot tell you how much love joy and great peace is within me even when I am feeling pain I am able to experience this and let it go it feels different. In whatever State I am right now all I know is that it is going to get better and the processes that are happening to me are all because of our beloved Bhagavan and Amma who are truly the greatest. How wonderful it will be for all when they can experience such joy and happiness. We are truly blessed and need to pass these blessings on to those who seek this, so we need to ask for Bhagavans blessings to go out into the world and tell those who want to know how they can truly change their lives.
