Aldea - also known as Epsilon Mynos, is a mythological planet featured in the TNG episode "When the Bough Breaks". The planet reveals itself to the crew of the Enterprise-D who discovers the ancient society is dying.
Aldebaran - planet mentioned in the TOS episode "Where No Man Has Gone Before"
Aldebaran III - mentioned in the TOS epsisode "The Deadly Years".
Aldron IV
Algeron - planet within the Romulan Neutral Zone. It is where the Treaty of Algeron was signed where the Federation agreed with the Romulans to never to develop cloaking device technology.

Alpha 117 - a Class M planet featured in the TOS episode "The Enemy Within", where a transporter malfunction causes the creation of a duplicate Captain Kirk with evil tendencies.

Antide III - featured in the TNG episode "Manhunt". It is home to the ichthyohumanoid species Antedeans, a member of the UFP.

Archer's Planet - planet named for Captain Johnathan Archer which lies in the Gamma Trianguli system, featured in the Enterprise episode "In a Mirror, Darkly" Along with Archer IV it is one of two planets named after Jonathan Archer - the 22nd century Captain of the Enterprise NX-01.
Archer IV - planet in the 61 Ursae Majoris system mentioned in the TNG episode "Yesterday's Enterprise". It is a Class-M planet with a population of nearly 700 million. Archer IV is one of two planets named in honor of Captain Jonathan Archer who was Captain of the 22nd century Enterprise. The planet was home to a pollen that contained the toxin tropolisine, which caused paranoid delusions among the first group to visit the planet, and with prolonged exposure, caused death if notvtreated. The planet was not suitable for human colonization until 2290, when the pollen was finally eliminated.
Ardana - or Mu Leonis A III, is a planet featured in the TOS episode "The Cloud Minders". The planet's society is split between the elite class who reside in luxurious floating cities, and the lower class "Trogdoylites" who are forced to work in dangerous mines on the surface.
Argellius II - a planet visited by the USS Enterprise in the TOS episode "Wolf in the Fold" that has a middle-eastern cultural influence.
Argus X - planet mentioned in the TOS episode "Obsession".
Argratha - Gamma Quadrant planet featured in the DS9 episode "Hard Time".
