Transport : Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Dream: I have missed a boat or a plane
Dream: I have missed a boat or a plane
Description: You are rushing to catch a bus, train, ship, airplane or other public transport, only to miss it, usually by a fraction of a second. The dream may involve various misadventures en route to the transport. You often feel frustrated rather than afraid in these dreams. You may be lacking vital papers, such as tickets, passport or visa. In a variation of this theme, you arrive too late for a performance in which you are supposed to participate and find that the play, musical production, sports competition or other event has already begun. (Dreams in which you are having trouble during a performance are classified with "I fail on a test or perform poorly.")
Frequency: Missing the boat dreams are moderately common. Some people have them often, others rarely. They usually arise when you feel anxious about making an important connection to one of your waking goals.
Usual meanings: You feel you've missed some opportunity in your waking life; you're too late; you can't make a connection, that you need to pull yourself together to make the connections you desire.
Questions to ask yourself:
If missing the boat or performance variation:
Where are you going in your dream?
Why are you going there?
What is it that makes you feel you are "too late" or that you don't have what you need to take your part on the stage of life? If missing documents variation:
What are you currently trying to accomplish in your waking life?
What's missing for you to do your job properly or to get what you want?
How can you better prepare yourself for what you want to do?
Examination dreams : Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Exam dreams - "I Failed The Test"
Exam dreams - "I Failed The Test"
To dream that you are taking an exam, indicates that you are being put to the test or being scrutinized in some way. Such dreams highlight your feelings of being anxious and agitated. You may find that you cannot answer any of the questions on the test or that the test is in some foreign language. Is time running out and you find that you can not complete the exam in the allowed time? Or are you late to the exam? Does your pencil keep breaking during the exam? Such factors contribute to you failing this test. These dreams usually have to do with your self-esteem and confidence or your lack of. You are worried that you are not making the grade and measuring up to other people's expectations of you. You may also experience the fear of not being accepted, not being prepared, or not being good enough. You feel nervous, insecure and tend to believe the worst about yourself.
These dreams also suggest that you may feel unprepared for a challenge. Rarely, are these dreams about the content of the test, but rather the process and how you are feeling during the exam taking process. Generally, you feel distressed and frustrated. These feelings may parallel how you are feeling in a particular challenge or situation in your waking like.
Dreams of this nature are also an indication that you are being judged and this dream is a signal for you to examine an aspect of yourself that you may have been neglecting and need to pay attention to. You may harbor some guilt because of your neglect in preparation for a school exam, meeting, business project, or some challenge. Most of the time, though, people who have such dreams are unlikely to fail a test in real life. This dream goes back to their fear and own anxiety that they may not meet other's standards of them. They are afraid to let others down.

Chased : Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Being chased
Being chased.
You might be trying to avoid something. Can you identify the chaser? This might clarify what youÕre trying to avoid. If the person or thing chasing you is identifiable as a part of yourself, the dream might involve a fear from within, such as an unhealthy relationship or unhealthy behavior.
Many flying dreams are the result of lucid dreaming. Not all flying dreams are, however. Typically, dreaming that you are flying means you are on top of things. You are in control of the things that matter to you. Or, maybe you've just gained a new perspective on things. It may also mean you are strong willed and feel like no one and nothing can defeat you. If you are having problems maintaining your flight, someone or something may be standing in the way of you having control. If you are afraid while flying, you may have challenges that you don't feel up to.
You could be falling from anywhere, a high rise building, from a mountain, from a plane, or even from your bed. This is a very common dream, and is sometimes accompanied by muscle jerks, which may jolt you, awake.
The dream can occur due to
The posture of a limb dangling off the bed
Lowering of your blood pressure
Movement of fluid in the middle ear
After the fall, you may be hurt, you may be unharmed, or you wake up before you hit the ground.
At an emotional level the dream probably signifies a fear of fall from position/moral/ethical values, sexual inadequacy, fear of losing your job, the way your dream ends tells you how you would handle such a situation.
One interesting theory of a falling dream goes way back when man made his house on trees?
Recurring falling dreams could mean that your emotional strength is not at an optimum level. Trying to relax, by listening to music, visualizing tranquil scenes, can help you avoid falling dreams.

Ask people where in the body they are, most will point to their head.
Keep your head! - keep calm
Head off - the chase/ beat/outwit
Don't lose your head - stay rational
Ahead - in front of...
I once did a dream analysis for a lady who said to me "I don't know what was happening but I had to get a head - like worzel gummidge (an old children's television show about a scarecrow who had different heads for different occasions). I was running around saying I've got to get a head, I got to get a head..." She understood the symbolism of changing her way of being around different people in her life but knew there was something more. Simply putting "a" and "head" together as one word made everything fall into place! Again puns on words are often used so it is always good to be aware of them.
Hiding: Do this and one of your schemes will give you regrets later: and deep down you know it, don't you? Dream of hiding something and it's a warning not to be secretive about your problems. Confide in someone and they may be able to help you.

Love : Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Embrace or Love
Embrace or Love
The mirror opposite of dreams of fleeing from a dangerous pursuer are those in which the dreamer happily embraces another. These figures may be animal or human (celebrities, movie stars, politicians, royals), angels, imaginary people, or the boy or girl next door. The defining element of this category is pleasurable physical contact.
