Law of Attraction: Encyclopedia II - Anti-Semitism - Racial anti-Semitism

Racial anti-Semitism replaced the hatred of Judaism with the hatred of Jews as a group. In the context of the Industrial Revolution, following the emancipation of the Jews, Jews rapidly urbanized and experienced a period of greater social mobility. With the decreasing role of religion in public life tempering religious anti-Semitism, a combination of growing nationalism, the rise of eugenics, and resentment at the socio-economic success of the Jews led to the newer, and more virulent, racist anti-Semitism. An ...

Law of Attraction: Encyclopedia - Social justice

Social Justice is a concept that has fascinated philosophers ever since Plato rebuked the young Sophist, Thrasymachus, for asserting that justice was whatever the strongest decided it would be. In The Republic, Plato formalized the argument that an ideal state would rest on four virtues: wisdom, courage, moderation, and justice. The addition of the word social is to clearly distinguish Social Justice from the concept of justice as applied in the law — state-administered systems, which label behavio ...

Law of Attraction: Encyclopedia - Zoroastrianism

Zoroastrianism was once the "official" religion of Sassanid (Sassanian) Persia, and played an important role in the Achaemenid as well as Parthian empires in Persia. The religion is also known as Mazdaism by some followers; and currently, as Zarathustrianism by others. Zoroastrian areas once stretched from Anatolia to the Persian Gulf, and its followers once numbered in the millions. The supernatural (Latin: super- "exceeding" + nature) refers to forces and phenomena which are beyond the current scientific understanding and concept of nature, and which may actually directly contradict conventional scientific understandings. Concepts in the supernatural domain are closely related to concepts in religious spirituality and metaphysics. Law of Attraction: Encyclopedia - Analogy

Analogy is either the cognitive process of transferring information from a particular subject (the analogue or source) to another particular subject (the target), or a linguistic expression corresponding to such a process. In a narrower sense, analogy is an inference or an argument from a particular to another particular, as opposed to deduction, induction and abduction, where at least one of the premises or the conclusion is general. The word analogy can also refer to the relation between the source and the target themselves, which is often, though not necessarily, a simil ...

Law of Attraction: Encyclopedia - Magick

Magick is an alternative for magic, coined by Aleister Crowley to differentiate "the true science of the Magi from all its counterfeits". In the broadest sense, magick is any act designed to cause intentional change -- for example, changing the channel on your television set. This term is spelled with a terminal "k" and pronounced differently - mage-ick - to differentiate it from other practices, such as stage magic. The letter "k" is also the 11th letter of the latin alphabet; in numerology the number 11 represents hidden energies and thereby magick. Therefore it is thought that to add a "k" to ...

Law of Attraction: Encyclopedia II - Alcoholics Anonymous - How the A.A. program works

Although some believe that A.A's success lies in the sense of support its members gain from attending regular meetings, many members, as well as A.A's literature, hold that the essence of the program is the Twelve Steps. The Steps incorporate Dr. Silkworth's description of the two-fold problem of physical allergy and mental obsession in Step One, Dr. Jung's description of the spiritual solution in Step Two, the Oxford Groups' method of reaching a spiritual awakening in Steps Three through Eleven, and Wilson's experience in helping others in ...

Defining "American conservatism" requires a definition of conservatism in general, and the term is applied to a number of ideas and ideologies, some more closely related to core conservative beliefs than others. 1. Law of Attraction: Encyclopedia II - Yuga - The spiritual states of civilization in each yuga

In Hindu tradition, the world goes through a continuous cycle of these epochs. Each ascending phase of the cycle from Kali Yuga to Satya Yuga is followed by a descending phase back to Kali Yuga, then another ascending phase and so on. Alternatively, it is sometimes supposed that at the end of the descending Kali Yuga, the world will return to the Satya Yuga, and begin a new decline. The descent from Satya to Kali is associated with progressively deterioration of Dharma (righteousness) manifested as decrease in length of human life and quality of human moral standards. ...

Law of Attraction: Introduction to Law of Attraction

Universal Laws govern the Universe. They are basic principles of life and have been around since Creation. They are laws of the Divine Universe. Universal Laws apply to everyone, everywhere. They cannot be changed. They cannot be broken.

The Universal Law of Attraction (LOA) is the most powerful force in the universe. It is simple in concept but practice is necessary. But once you "get it",  there is no looking back! It will be part of you forever.

The simplest definition of this law is "like attracts like."  Other definitions include:

o     You get what you think about, whether wanted or unwanted.

o     All forms of matter and energy are attracted to that which is of a like vibration.

o     You are a living magnet.

o     You get what you put your energy and focus on, whether wanted or unwanted.

o     Energy attracts like energy

o     Everything draws to itself that which is like itself.

Here are some ways of expressing the Law of Attraction:

o     Birds of a feather flock together

o     Like attracts like

o     Whatever you want wants you

o     What you sow, you reap

o     What you put out you get back

o     What comes around goes around

The Law of Attraction is fun to learn and use because you are always watching, waiting expectantly for your desires to manifest. You can deliberately use this law to create your future!
