Arithmancy:

Alternatively 'Arithmomancy' and 'Arithomancy'. The term comes from the Greek 'arithmos' (number) and 'manteia' (divination), relating to forecasting future events by the use of numbers; esoterically it is concerned with the science of correspondences between gods, men and numbers, as taught by Pythagoras.

The Caldeans also practiced this type of divination, as well as the Platonists and Pythagoreans. Arithmancy is also a part of the Jewish "Kabbalah".

A person's feeling that current events have been experienced before.

Agogwe:

An allegedly mysterious creature reported in the east African country of Tanzania, described as being a rust colored, woolly-haired mammal which walks upon two legs, most often reported as being between four and four and one-half feet tall. A similar creature, the "sehite", has been reported in the Ivory Coast.

Krishna:

An incarnation of God. He was the friend and charioteer of Arjuna, a human in ancient India. While waiting on a battlefield prior to the initial battle of a ghastly civil war, Arjuna was overcome with despondency. During this time, Krishna offered his advice to Arjuna and it was while listening to Krishna's council that Arjuna became aware for the first time that his long-time friend was in fact God. Krishna's advice to Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra was recorded in the Bhagavad Gita, one of the most cherished of Hindu scriptures.

The name of the Supreme Lord and subject of numerous stories in all the great Puranas and Vedas. Also refers to darkness or blackness in color, such as the dark half of the Moon's monthly cycle when it is returning from the position of being full to the position of being new or conjunct with the Sun. This is also called the waning phase of the Moon when it is getting smaller or darker or Krishna.

Refers to various forms and types of God as projected by human imagination.

A name for a divine statue. For example, the Vaishnavas worship the deity or form of Krishna. A reverent way of referring to a statue of a god.

Theosophy:

Religious and philosophical system of the Theosophical Society, founded in 1875 by Madame Blavatsky. Its paranormal claims were controversially and damningly reported upon by the Society for Psychical Research in 1885.

Brahmarandhra:

This is the tenth chakra through which kundalini may pass as it ascends. It is said to be located at the top of the cranium. When kundalini pierces the Brahmarandhra, the yogi experiences a supernal light. Beyond the Brahmarandhra, there are still two higher chakras.
